In This Position You Will
Job Overview and Responsibilities
Support the ROQM in the Operational Quality and Continuous Improvement disciplines.
Ensure the compliance to the company policy and the related legal requirements.
Deploy and manage Continuous Improvement processes, promote the Quality Culture mindset in all levels.
Propose the priorities of change projects (Manufacturing Excellence and others), challenge the Site in its improvement expectations.
Foster a Quality and Continuous Improvement mindset.
Main Responsibilities
Coordinate the Customers Complaints investigations (Sales Force).
Coordinate and support all areas in the NC's, potential quality deviation investigation tools selection.
Support all areas in all GMP topics.
Audit and run a GAP Analysis in the processes.
Coordinate the support to Operational Quality demands.
Coordinate the trainings related to Quality and ME local procedures.
Coordinate the innovation (and similar) programs.
Support ROQM to ensure that global procedures are in place in the region.
Support the QMS (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, GMP, Kosher, RSPO, AR, etc.).
Promote the ME in the sites and leverage the related awareness programs.
Define, by self perimeter, a process to ensure the Continuous Improvement of ME project parameters.
Issue and present reports in communication forums and align the Management Team to the important topics.
Education and Experience
Industrial Chemist, Chemist, Chemical Engineer
Post-Graduation in one of the follow areas: Quality, Statistics, Analytical Chemistry or similar.
BPF training (Mid/Long term course).
GMP experience (min 3 years)
Experience of 3 years in Quality routines
Analytical Chemistry experience and Lab routines (chromatography, potentiometry, etc.)
SAP experience
Skills
Advanced English.
Tensoatives and Surfactants formulation experience for HPC, Aghro, Coatings, Industrial e O&G applications.
Six sigma GB / BB certificate is a plus
Minitab and similar tools.
Experience in certifications: ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001, Kosher etc.
MOC experience, HAZOP, PHA, What if, etc.
International experience.
